This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Pickering (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for the provision of Tennis Court Expansion - Shadybrook Park as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
