This Request for Proposal is an invitation by the City of Pickering (“City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding proposal for the provision of all labour, materials, Corridor Design for a High Frequency Rail Station in Pickering and the Region, as required in accordance with the attached drawings as further described in the Request for Proposal Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
