This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Pickering (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Commissioning and CAN/ULC S1001 Integrated Testing Coordinator Services for Seaton Recreation Complex & Library, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
