This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Pickering (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for supply, delivery and installation of shop oil dispensers, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

To be eligible for award of this contract, the bidder must not be a U.S. Business. 

“U.S. Business” means a supplier, manufacturer or distributor of any business structure (includes a sole proprietorship, corporation or other business structure) that: 

  1. has its headquarters or main office located in the United States, and 
  2. has no full-time employees in Canada at the time of the applicable procurement process. 

Subsidiaries would be considered to have their headquarters or main office located in the United States where the business that controls them (its parent company) has its headquarters or main office in the United States.
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. To obtain an unsecured version of the bid document and/or to participate in this opportunity, an annual or a per bid fee must be paid (annual fee - $461.90, per bid fee - $138.64).
