This Request for Tenders (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the City of Pickering (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Resurfacing of two existing tennis courts and practice area at Shadybrook Park, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
