This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Pickering (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Pike Court Storm Sewer Works, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
