This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Pickering (Calling Agency) and the Regional Municipality of Durham, Town of Whitby, Township of Scugog and Municipality of Clarington to prospective respondents to submit quotations for the provision of the supply and delivery of culver products as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
