This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Pickering (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Supply & Delivery of Microfilm Scanner for Greenwood Heritage Library, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
